Charles J. Peters Managing Partner
Peters grew up in the real estate business, the son of a real estate investor. While completing his studies at Gannon University, Peters co-founded a technology company that he and his partners sold in 1999. In late 2005 Peters acquired many of the assets of Signature Management - a property management firm in Erie, PA and was awarded contracts to manage Lovell Place in Erie, PA and Century Centre in Buffalo NY. In 2007 Peters acquired the assets of Realty Management services and partnered with Tom Kennedy to further expand the business. Peters is a graduate of Gannon University and serves as the Chair of the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority, member of the Erie County Industrial Development Authority, member of the Ben Franklin Technology Partners, member of the Harborcreek Township Planning Commission.
Tom Kennedy Partner / Broker - NY & Broker - PA
Mr. Kennedy attended the State University of New York Maritime College where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, and Commissions as a licensed officer in both the Merchant Marine and Naval Reserves. While working for G.E., Mr. Kennedy developed an increased interest in business, and in 1991 he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Since leaving GE in 1992, Kennedy has grown Professional Development Associates, Inc. into a prominent Business and Real Estate Development company. His Businesses also include the Prudential Real Estate franchises, Palace Business Centres, and Alliance Builders. Real Estate developments include Renaissance and Palace Centres, Rosedale Meadows, Lakeside Heights, Manchester Village, Parkside Commons, Brookside Homesand others.
Brenda Ball Controller, Realtor
Ball has 15 years accounting experience, including 6 years in the property management field. Ball has worked in all aspects of accounting including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, general ledger analysis, bank reconciliations, collections, management reporting, personnel and payroll. Brenda has significant bankruptcy reporting experience. Brenda is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Brian Sechrist Director of Operations
Brian has significant experience with facilities management. He has worked for two of the regions largest and most respected Real Estate development companies. Brian started his career as a property manager for Baldwin Brothers overseeing millions of sq. feet of commercial real estate and hundreds of residential units. Brian was most recently the Operations Manager for the Cafaro Company's Millcreek Mall. Brian manages a staff of nearly 15 facilities employees with expertise in nearly all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial services. Brian is a graduate of Penn State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of PA.
