Jason Daggett -

Following a 15 year career in Newport Beach, CA and Las Vegas, NV as an Investment Advisor and Hedge Fund Manager with emphasis on the equity markets, Mr. Daggett moved back to the East Coast in June 2005, settling in Washington, DC, to focus on his residential and commercial real estate investment portfolio.  Mr. Daggett is currently Chairman of The Liquid Group, Inc. and serves as Advisor to the Trymetris Capital Fund I, LP.  Mr. Daggett is a Cathedral Prep graduate, earned his undergraduate degree at Mercyhurst College and his Master's from Pepperdine University.

Thomas Kennedy -

Mr. Kennedy attended the State University of New York Maritime College where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, and Commissions as a licensed officer in both the Merchant Marine and Naval Reserves.  While working for G.E., Mr. Kennedy developed an increased interest in business, and in 1991 he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Since leaving GE in 1992, Kennedy has grown Professional Development Associates, Inc. into a prominent Business and Real Estate Development company.  His Businesses also include the  Prudential Real Estate franchises, Palace Business Centres, and Alliance Builders.  Real Estate developments include Renaissance and Palace Centres, Rosedale Meadows, Lakeside Heights, Manchester Village, Parkside Commons, Brookside Homes and others.

Ray L. McGarvey, PHD. - 

Entrepreneur, Investor, Philanthropist, Ray McGarvey has a wide range of experiences including significant real estate experience.   Founder of Country Fair Convenience stores, Former president of Meadow Brook Dairy.  McGarvey earned his PHD in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
