Bauer Properties – Altair was retained to provide financial management to this student housing investment group.  With over 100 residential units near Erie PA's Gannon University, Bauer opted to outsource rent collection and bill payments while retaining leasing and property maintenance responsibilities in house.

Century Centre L.P. – Altair was retained to develop marketing materials (printed and electronic) to aid in the sale of this 1,000,000 sq. ft. property in Buffalo NY.  The 20,000,000 transaction was completed in the fall of 2007.

Kennedy Property Group - In the fall of 2007, Altair partnered with Erie based Developer Tom Kennedy.  All Kennedy properties are managed by our Prudential CRES division.

Lovell Place L.P. – Altair was selected to provide property management of this 300,000 sq. foot Erie, PA complex during a chapter 11 reorganization. Altair is employed by the Debtor in Possession with full support of both Lenders and the Bankruptcy Court. In addition to property management Altair is responsible for cleaning over 100,000 sq. ft. of tenant space per night, all maintenance and bankruptcy financial reporting.

4th Generation Realty LLC – Altair provides traditional property management services to this 58,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Erie, PA.  In addition our partner company   Prudential CRES was retained to market this property for sale.

640 Ellicott Street LLC. - Altair provides transition services and financial only management to this 120,000 sq. foot downtown Buffalo NY Property.

UB Downtown Gateway - Altair provides transition management services to this 144,000 sq. foot downtown Buffalo NY property.
